AI Bot Interview hiring process का पहला Round होता है, जिसमें किसी Human Interviewer की जगह Artificial Intelligence (AI) System Candidate से Questions पूछता है। यह System आपके Answers, Communication Skills, Confidence, Voice Clarity, Eye Contact, Facial Expressions और Overall Professional Behaviour को Analyze करता है ताकि यह तय किया जा सके कि आप अगले Interview Round के लिए Suitable हैं या नहीं।
इस Round का उद्देश्य कम समय में अधिक Candidates को Screen करना और यह देखना होता है कि Candidate अगले Interview Round के लिए Suitable है या नहीं।
AI केवल आपका Answer नहीं बल्कि आपका Confidence, Communication, Eye Contact, Facial Expressions और Professional Behaviour भी Analyze करता है।

HR Screening Interview एक Short Phone Call होता है जिसे HR Recruiter या Talent Acquisition Team Conduct करती है। इस Round में आपके Basic Information, Communication Skills, Work Experience, Current Salary, Expected Salary, Notice Period और Job Interest को Verify किया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य यह Check करना होता है कि आप Role की Basic Requirements को Meet करते हैं या नहीं।
इस Round का उद्देश्य यह जानना होता है कि Candidate Basic Level पर Job के लिए Suitable है या नहीं।
Call Receive करते समय:
"Good Morning Sir/Ma'am. Thank you for calling."
अगर Question समझ में न आए:
"Sorry Sir/Ma'am, could you please repeat the question?"
Call के अंत में:
"Thank you for your time. It was nice talking with you."
Phone Screening आपका First Impression होता है।

Virtual Interview एक Online Video Interview होता है जो Zoom, Microsoft Teams या Google Meet जैसे Platforms पर Conduct किया जाता है। इस Interview में Recruiter आपकी Technical Knowledge, Communication Skills, Confidence, Professional Behaviour और Online Presentation Skills को Evaluate करता है, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे Face-to-Face Interview में किया जाता है।
इस Round में आपकी Technical Knowledge, Communication Skills, Confidence और Professionalism को Evaluate किया जाता है।
Virtual Interview में भी Recruiter आपको Face-to-Face की तरह Observe करता है।
Interviewer: Can you explain one project you worked on?
Candidate:
"Yes. I created a basic Help Desk Ticket System using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Users could submit issues, and the admin could update ticket status. This project helped me improve my problem-solving and database skills."
Face-to-Face Interview वह Round होता है जिसमें Candidate सीधे Company Office जाकर HR, Technical Interviewer या Hiring Manager से Personally मिलता है। इस Interview में आपकी Technical Skills, Communication, Personality, Confidence, Body Language और Job Suitability को Detail में Assess किया जाता है।
इसका उद्देश्य आपकी Technical Skills, Communication, Personality, Confidence और Job Suitability को Evaluate करना होता है।
Straight बैठें।
Body Language Positive रखें।
Clear और Calm Voice में बोलें।
अगर Answer नहीं आता तो कहें:
"I am not sure, but I would like to learn more about it."
Interview के अंत में:
"Thank you Sir/Ma'am. It was nice meeting you."
पहले कुछ Minutes में ही Recruiter आपका Overall Impression बना लेता है।
Interviewer: What are your strengths?
Candidate:
"My biggest strengths are quick learning, good communication, and problem-solving. In my previous internship, I learned a new software within one week and started handling customer issues independently."
Walk-in Interview एक Open Hiring Process होता है जिसमें Candidate बिना किसी Prior Appointment के Company द्वारा बताए गए Date, Time और Venue पर सीधे Interview देने पहुँच सकता है। ऐसे Interviews आमतौर पर Bulk Hiring, Immediate Joining या Multiple Vacancies के लिए Conduct किए जाते हैं।
इसका उद्देश्य कम समय में अधिक Candidates की Hiring करना होता है, खासकर Bulk Hiring या Immediate Joining के लिए।
Walk-in Interview में Recruiter केवल Skills नहीं बल्कि आपका Behaviour और Professional Attitude भी Observe करता है।
Reception पर पहुँचने के बाद:

यदि आपने सभी Interview Rounds Successfully Clear कर लिए हैं, तो HR आपको Final Discussion के लिए Contact करता है।
इस Stage में आमतौर पर निम्न बातें Discuss होती हैं:
HR: What is your expected salary?
Candidate:
“Based on my skills and the responsibilities of this role, I am expecting around ₹3.5 LPA. However, I am open to discussing the compensation based on the company's structure and growth opportunities.”
Interview के अंत में कहें:
"Thank you for giving me this opportunity. It was a pleasure speaking with you. I look forward to hearing from you."
❌ Wrong Answer:
"My previous company was very bad. My manager didn't know anything."
✅ Professional Answer:
"I learned a lot in my previous organization, and now I'm looking for better career growth and new challenges."
Recruiters don't hire candidates only because they give correct answers.
They also evaluate your:
Suppose two candidates have the same technical knowledge.
Candidate A: Speaks politely, maintains eye contact, answers confidently, and shows a positive attitude.
Candidate B: Gives correct answers but interrupts the interviewer, avoids eye contact, and appears overconfident.
Result: Most recruiters are more likely to select Candidate A, because companies hire not only for technical skills but also for professionalism, communication, and attitude.

हर Interview Round का अपना अलग Purpose होता है। किसी Round में आपकी Communication Skills देखी जाती हैं, किसी में Technical Knowledge, और किसी में आपका Confidence, Personality तथा Professional Behaviour। सभी Rounds Successfully Clear करने के बाद ही Candidate का Final Selection किया जाता है।
